Congratulations, Lisa! NJ Transit Bus Design Winner!

We are proud to share that NJ Transit recently held a statewide competition inviting high schools across New Jersey to submit bus wrap designs in honor of America’s 250th birthday.

Our Graphic Arts teachers, Mrs. Biddle and Mr. Kerr, took on the challenge with their classes and selected one design to represent the entire school. The chosen submission was created by 10th-grade student Lisaury Valenzuela Adames, and her design was ultimately selected as one of only two winning entries in the entire state of New Jersey! Yesterday, NJ Transit came to our campus to officially unveil the bus, giving students the opportunity throughout the day to see Lisaury’s incredible work on display. Congratulations to Lisuary on this outstanding achievement, and thank you to Mrs. Biddle and Mr. Kerr for supporting and inspiring our students’ creativity. Great work by all involved!
